You spend several minutes on basic developing moves then blunder a piece after a 2-second wait period.
You need a break. Take a week or two off of chess and just do ANYTHING else. You're not playing chess anymore, you're just moving around pieces for quick tricks rather than actually trying to figure out how to be better. A break will keep your brain from frying up.
