One of my ‘big’ innovations is that I shouldn’t study one opening at a time but 3. One for white and two for black (against e4 and against d4). As a result I practice what is study a lot more.

Hello, i'm a beginner but starting to study chess a bit more seriously. I'd like to build a small but solid repertoire for the most common lines i'm finding around in games. Does someone know of a good text on openings that is rich but elementary enough for a beginner? Thanks to who is going to help
