Not sure what you want to do, but, for many purposes, the first step is to click on the chess board symbol at the far left just above the comment box.

Take some multi vitamins & start gulping down the old cod liver oil... Works for me I'm on fire tonight. I feel unbeatable since I popped them vitamins yesterday 
Take some time out, cause that really helps alot. You can also watch the video in the link below cause this video really helped me too.
