Keep doing lessons. They help me also. Falling is normal. Even the top players in the world fall. Here are a few tips that help me. If you can't play chess games everyday, at least do some puzzles. Play more rapid games than blitz and bullet. Playing rapid should make you feel less pressured, and it will develop both intuition and analysis skills. Playing rapid also helps to play blitz or bullet better. It will take way longer to get better in rapid if you just play blitz or bullet. Analyze your games. Analyzing your failures will help you learn more than analyzing your wins. Be patient and persistent. Improvement takes time. Take breaks and stay refreshed!
