Here is a following list for beginners to trade

Pawns, trade them in the Startgame and Middlegame, but not in the Endgame since they can promote to Queens by reaching the 8th rank.

Knights, try trading them in the Middlegame since that is when most trades occur.

Bishops, try trading them in the Middlegane and Endgame

Now here is a list of pieces to NOT trade

Queens, your Queen is the most powerful piece on the board! never trade queens, however, pawns can promote to Queens, like mentioned earlier

Rooks, Your two Rooks are the second most powerful pieces on the board, however, the Queen is valued way more, the reason why to not trade Rooks is they can be useful for checkmate along with the Queen in the Endgame.

Now beginners, remember this post when you play you next game of chess!

Meh, I'll trade queens the first chance I get. I feel as if most beginners feel weaker psychologically with the queens off the board, whereas I tend to play more relaxed.

I like trading Queens if my opponent has to take back with their King and it prevents them castling.

Pieces not to trade: ones integral to establishing, maintaining, and/or increasing your advantage. That's all that matters. Meaning understanding the game, positions and tactics is more important than a favorite piece hierarchy. Or at least understanding them better than your opponent does, when it counts.

Let's hope that they won't. Let's hope that they will learn from teachers who know what they're talking about.

Here is a good piece of advice for you: try to learn about chess and don't try to teach. You are a beginner who knows very little about the game.
