Hi all I'm new and can't play

There was a server reset while I was in a game and now it says "Challenge failed. You cannot create another challenge with same parameters." every time i try a match. HELP!

Closed browser, reopened, messed around in settings, same thing. Forum won't let me post again in the suporot forum. I'm lost.

Also my phone with the Chess app says "No Network" WTF! I'm a subscriber to this service and I cant play on multiple devices! AHHHHH. I'll go to bed and see what happens tomorrow I guess.

Maybe, reinstall your chess.com app

I will try it on my phone... My windows PC doesn't work either though. Thanks J.R.

Try clearing your browser cache?  There are articles showing how if you don't know...

I think the server restarted 2 hours ago but I'm not sure. I kind of hate the app because there's so much more in website version so just use website. 

I don't like it when wierd glitches happen either.

You missed the point of this topic fully.

The OP was discussing about technical errors in the game, not an inability to play chess.

I suspect it is an error, so perhaps the app has to be relaunched.
