High rating in puzzle but low in game

We seem to be in a similar situation. I'm much lower in blitz and bullet than I am in rapid and puzzles, and it's because I have an easier time recognizing tactics and that kinda thing (don't know the words for it lol I'm only 1000) when under higher time controls. You should take some time to practice blitz and bullet if it concerns you, but personally I don't think you should be too worried. As NiceAndFlowy said, it's kinda normal for a lot of people. You'll get better at playing with less time eventually!

i'm 2000 in puzzles and 1400 in rapid
So puzzle ratings means nothing, my guess is that they inflated it so much beacause they wanted to people feels more smart than they really are.
Just kidding , but the rating in puzzle is inflated.

I've been doing puzzles at various sites and have been keeping tack of my ratings. At 2245 my rating at chess.com is the highest out of all of them. At chess tempo Im around 1400, Lichess around 2100 and chess24 mid 1600s. If you take an average out of all of them...then my rating would be somewhere close to my regular playing ratings.

In puzzle ratings you always know that there is some attacking move that will lead to near-immediate checkmate or winning decisive material, so you search through the possibilities that might lead to such a result. In an actual game, 99% of positions do not have such a move, and in blitz you can't take as much time on any particular move. So it's a lot easier to find the key move in puzzles than it is to come up with a game's worth of good moves in blitz, hence your better puzzle rating.

Anyone with premium should have a higher puzzle than regular.
Anyone who regularly does puzzles here should have a higher puzzle rating than their live rating.

Hi! My name is Lauren Goodkind and I'm a chess coach based in California: www.ChessByLauren.com.
Here’s another suggestion to help you get better: consider all checks and captures. Also, try to find a winning and forcing line as you play games.
I hope that this helps.
Try playing 30 min rapid.

Dude, it is like that with almost everyone, take me for example, I am 2600 puzzles, but 1800 blitz. So there will almost always be a huge rating gap between the puzzle rating and live chess rating.

You can think longer in puzzles. My guess is if you play puzzle rush you will be more on par with your blitz rating. Also your tactics may be further along than your openings and end game. Lastly, you have to put yourself in a position to have a tactical advantage. They don't randomly appear.
One main reason I'd say puzzle ratings are inflated is because this website usually doesn't give you puzzles that are up to your rating. I'm at 1750 in puzzles, but half of the ones I get are 1200-1300. This means you can get your puzzle rating up quite a bit higher than most of the puzzles you're actually solving.
