Hi, im a pretty new player, grasping the basics and im pretty much just trying to focus on not blundering and recognizing opportunities for tactics. I dont have a premium account on here or anything but after each game i have a flick through the analysis feature and see if the computer found any obvious mistakes i made that i missed. Sometimes this is very useful, but sometimes it has really bizarre advice, like telling me a fairly innocent looking move is a blunder, then when i follow the line it suggested instead the moves are totally nonsensical, like trading the queen for a bishop. Am i missing some "next level" strategy that im just too much of a noob to recognise or is the computer somewhat bugged?
Thanks in advance
Do you have an example? People have identified a fair number of strange results and they are always looking for new problems.
So here if you follow the "best" line black sacrifices their queen seemingly for no reason? (apologies for the double screen, not sure how to screenshot just one)
