How can you respond to scotch openings?

I could never beat scotch openings, always gets mated within 15 moves no matter how conservative I play against this opening especially

Fundamentally, they will almost always sacrifice with Bxf7+

And there are no good ways to defend f7. Even though I can use engine to see some moves ahead, and engine says black am ahead but it is impossible to defend at my level.

for example, how can we move from a position like this.

e4 e5

Nf3 Kc6

d4 exd4

Bc4 d6

Bxf7+ Kg6

h4 Qe8

h5+ Kf7]

Qf3+ Ke7

This types of position seems impossible for black to develop with everything now blocked off.

Openings aren't your problem. You move way to fast. You hang material. You miss simple tactics. Openings are not going to fix those things.

Play any move that is not e5. Too EZ.
