How is this the best move??

Like the title says, how is this the best move? I don't see it..

Remember that in general a Bishop is worth more than a Rook (Bishop = 3 points, Rook = 5 points).

So taking the rook is the best move simply because you are taking a better piece away from White.

Its the only move that doesn't loose material- ur rook and bishop is hanging- when you take the rook, he must take ur rook and then you need to take the bishop with your bishop and then he takes ur bishop so the material is even

Because after Bxf1 Bxd4 Bxd4 Rxf1 Bxb2. You win a pawn, and trade off a lot of material that has you having a pawn advantage in material.
