magnus started as a young child you can look at my chess.com overview ignoring blitz bc I had some prior chess experience but from when I started playing seriously it took me from maybe October or November to january
You had previous chess experience, as you said. You can't just ignore that and pretend that it doesn't matter.
Count it in, and you'll have a more believable number.
it really doesn't bc I played blitz which doesn't help for improvement and I only played about 100 games
