I just doze off for 5 mins and then wake up fully charged.
The time doesn't matter bc it's mostly just 60 mins + 5 secs in OTB tournaments.
I've found I can only play 2 15 | 10 rapid games before my brain turns to jelly.
If I play more than that the games suffer and I'm on to a losing streak. I'm not a very good player even when I'm 100% focused.
I play of 6 to 10 games
