recently, I felt that I met vienna game and I was lose. so I don't like vienna game

so I did conceive how to avoid it in the condition e4 e5

If you really don't want to meet the Vienna at all, just don't play e5. Go for the Sicilian (1. ...e4 c5) or even Scandinavian. (1. ...e4 d5)

If you're just looking for a counter to this gambit, play d5 after White plays 3. f4. This is the main line. White will do fxe5. From here, respond with Nxe4. You should be fine from here.
