HOW TO BEAT A REALLY GOOD PLAYER

I really need to beat someone good who has 900 points but I have 173 points

keep playing the player over and over again

eventually, they will get tired and make a lot of blunders

keep our energy and concentration up and you might be able to win eventually

or you could challenge them to a game with material odds

what energy drink would you recommend

i don't drink energy drinks

Cut his wifi

1. play a game against him

2. record the moves he makes

3. check with a chess engine what your best move against his moves would be

4. record the moves the engine suggests

5. play against him again with the same color you played as before

6. play the move that the engine suggested (this will work because he will probably play the same opening every time.)

7. repeat steps 1-6 until you win

Don't use engine during the game though.

You can beat better players by playing hyperbullet . 

yeah then you just flag or go for an easy scholar's/4-move mate. i do the latter a lot and have a lot of success with it.

Yes. I hate to say it, but Scholars mate (which I don't usually recommend) in bullet (Which I also don't recommend) is probably your best chance.

yeah i play lots of hyper with my brother and 4-move knight/queen checkmate works like 60-70% of the time.

Online or otb?

online. my brother is rarely willing to play otb with me, idk why.

Oh. Cause if you did that OTB it probably wouldn't work.
