How to create seeks for higher rated opponents

I want to play some games against higher rated opponents to help me improve. Say +100 to +200 range. how do I create seeks for this. The option in the app is -/+ so below and above my range, not +/+.

You can't. Everyone's coach tells their students to only play higher rated but the math doesn't work.
i think the settings on the ios app (i only play chess.com on app) has made it so after every game i have to go into the app play game settings itself and adjust the parameters for seeking opponents (-50 to +200) and seek game from there
if i just do a “quick start” 30 min game seek- there are default parameters which seek a little lower but i have found that when i get an opponent +200 the game is almost always aborted so there’s that
i remember when you only had to do this one time (adjust seek settings) and i just had to select the “30-min” game and settings were in place
