Well, I think that comes with learning what you specifically need to improve on. Hanging pieces are probably still a bit of an issue, but I'd look for games where you don't understand where things went south for you and post them looking for thoughts. Include the thoughts behind your moves as well with comments. That way players can see your games and have specific examples of the kinds of mistakes your making and what to improve on.
