How to improve in chess? Patience, it doesnot need intelligence, it needs patience,effort,desire to rise your rating,desire to continue, desire to move from rating to higher rating, If you are 400 ,put plan and target to become 500, it is possible to take month or year or two years or three or any but if you learn from mistakes you make in the game you can reach faster and faster ,learn from mistakes by your self by your brain not by help of another thing ,you by that can activate your brain to think and find better thoughts well In each game you play you should learn from mistakes,if you can reach 500, you still should learn from mistakes when you play afterthat to rise to 600, and so on you shuold learn in each game to become higher , Play the game not to win instead play to think well and find a move that is good , with time you can think more well than before Play daily games to can think in it with more time that is longer,also it learns you patience . Also play rapid to learn take faster decision than in daily. Playing strategic game is solid and longer ,it doesn't depend on finding tactics ,it depends on value of pieces on the board,pieces to be important on the board, While playing tactical game it depends more on finding tactics

here is my daily routine..

1. Hit 25 in puzzle rush (3min) 3 times in a row

2. Play a rapid game and analyze it

3. Hit my top 25 best in puzzle rush (survival)

4. After this I have fun and do whatever chess thing I feel like. For me that's chess lessons, chess youtube videos, blitz/bullet here and there, i mostly love doing puzzles and talking about chess, listening to chess podcasts. some days i don't do any of this but I always try to hit 1, 2, and 3.

Just, take a deep breath
Here, it is just a game to enjoy, develop your brain etc.
It is not a championship, as you would have rights to get anxiety
Just, take a deep breath;
Look at the pawns, castles, bishops, knights and finally, your queen
Just learn what piece does which move, then you will start to see your opponent's moves
Just pick up best move you think of, then practice, which will make you look further moves
