Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.
here is my daily routine..
1. Hit 25 in puzzle rush (3min) 3 times in a row
2. Play a rapid game and analyze it
3. Hit my top 25 best in puzzle rush (survival)
4. After this I have fun and do whatever chess thing I feel like. For me that's chess lessons, chess youtube videos, blitz/bullet here and there, i mostly love doing puzzles and talking about chess, listening to chess podcasts. some days i don't do any of this but I always try to hit 1, 2, and 3.
Just, take a deep breath
Here, it is just a game to enjoy, develop your brain etc.
It is not a championship, as you would have rights to get anxiety
Just, take a deep breath;
Look at the pawns, castles, bishops, knights and finally, your queen
Just learn what piece does which move, then you will start to see your opponent's moves
Just pick up best move you think of, then practice, which will make you look further moves
