Don't think too hard about it-- have fun!

My rating is inflated anyway. I can't wait to find out what it really is. I'm working on that now.

I'm still new to chess and i feel afraid of losing my elo because i worked really hard on it. i almost got 1000 rating, it was my goal but i lost on about 994 and then i kept losing, i have no motivation to play rapid chess now

If you got to 994, then you're 994. Tilting elo doesn't mean that you're not at the level you were before. When I got to 900 elo i was afraid to play and maybe lose elo. So I was really not playing much for 10 months, but now I'm not afraid anymore. Because chess is about having fun and learning from your mistakes. So no worries even if you lose elo, because the more mistakes you make the more you learn and that will make you better as a chessplayer.

If you are worried about losing then you'll never get better than 1000. Might as well just quit after you get to 1000 so you can say you made it!
See the absurdity in that?
The only way to success is through failure. No way around it unless you're a prodigy- and even then you'll be met with failures along the way.

Focus on getting better, not your score. You can get better while still losing, until one day it starts coming together and suddenly you get elevated a tier and laugh at the fact that you tried to preserve a 1000 rating.

Just play your best chess and the rating will come with it
