I’m new I have just bought fundamental chess opening, silman complete endgame course and back to basic tactic by Dan heisman are these good to study and if so how would a perosn go about it

All three books are very good.  In fact, some of the best.

You could find youtube channel called Palm Beach Chess. Similar to mine Chess Addition.

The Silman book is very good, not that familiar with the others. You can do section per section until it feels overwhelming then take a break from it until you improve some more. It's a great long-term reference book as well.
