Guys my rating is 1400 and I don't know how to play chess

This problem is in many indians and it's called hypocrisy and show off.

There are thousands of people who are in 300-400 rating after years of chess playing. So your rating is very high.so u know how to play chess ,you are a attention seeker guy.
