I am stuck at my elo

I have been playing chess a lot recently and I got to a 1400 in bullet about a 2 months ago but now, I am back in the 1200's and occasionally bounce back up to 1300. In rapid, I am 1000 and it has been like that for a while now. In blitz, I am 1100 and I can not grow no matter what I do. If anyone has any advice on how to gain ELO, please help.

Thank you Russbell, I appreciate how many resources are in your answer!

Your rating is just a measure of your chess strength. So I guess your actual question is how you become better at chess.

RussBell's answer is a good start.

Yeah, you get into the habit of relying on the clock

Yeah, I do rely on the clock in losing positions especially in bullet. So you are telling me to play more rapid?

You may have reached your limit, sad to say, if you are an older person. How old are you?

I don't think I reached my limit as I am only 11 years old (I am a kid)

Blunder check before your move(by the way I’m 11 years old too)
