I asked for help and my account was closed??

I joined this app approximately 3 hours ago, at the MOST, and when I came back on here to see if anyone had answered my question it said my account was closed. I don’t understand. I did post my question in 3 or 4 forums and I sent a question to the help center via email, but is that grounds for deletion? We still have the board as we left it. I’m hoping someone is willing to answer my question. It seems like the answer is obvious but my husband is the only one I’ve ever played and I think he is just shocked that I beat him for the first time. Please help. I would like to put a victory under my belt for the first time since learning how to play the game a year ago.
