I played 360 rapid games in total but I have 811 total games

The rating system doesn't work this way; it is tougher to gain rating at higher levels (part due to how the math works and mostly because players who are higher rated make smaller mistakes). The same player who goes from 800-1000 in a week might take a year to go from 2100-2200 (if they ever even get that high at all!).
This is an amazing milestone for the op and they should feel motivated by this, but a GM is miles and miles ahead and the path to getting there is by taking one step at a time
