My highest elo in rapid was 730 or so but now I’m in danger of hitting the 500s. For some reason the more I practice the worse by board vision gets. Is there anything I can do or shall I just watch this ship sink 🥺

I think part of my problem might be getting too comfortable with my openings and therefore playing on autopilot.

Aside from my constant blunders and piddling board vision ofc

Take a break for a day or 2, and come back with more energy. Tilts are common at every level, and the best way to stop tilting is to sleep it off.

Also, do your puzzles, they will help. Puzzle rush, puzzle battle, all for as long as possible so that you can practice tactics.

I’m having similar losing streaks :/

Don't get discouraged. If your mindset is good, you are more likely to improve. I'd recommend doing puzzles to help you with tactics and your board vision. It won't be quick or easy, but if you are serious about improving your chess, puzzles can help a lot. I'd also recommend each turn make it a habit to check for blundered pieces - both by you and your opponent.

You got this! Believe in yourself!
