Get a diamond membership, follow all the lessons.. practice what you learned in games and continue to play alot of games . Also do alot of puzzles, it will help you  get better at pattern recognition and tactics

When joining the site, if you pick the option that you're completely new to chess you start at rating 500. Also if you go to settings > live chess > play > change the incoming and outgoing rating so that the max is +25.

Two options:
1. play a few more games and the system will likely calibrate to your level, and
2. play a few “computer” games and your skills will improve quickly.

I keep losing as well.

I followed the common advice here, and I improved for a while, but now it has all ceased.

Their must be something wrong with me.

I awaken, in a good mood, study chess for hours, try to play a game, get humiliated.

This seems to be an endless cycle, I’m just not good enough.
