Try harder and practice
Analyze your own games, pay attention and do a lot of puzzles
Maybe you play too much chess and your brain wants a break. Maybe you were playing when tired. I don't take blitz too seriously because that rating can go up just as fast as it went down. Rapid is what I consider my real chess rating. I take those games more seriously

150 points is NOTHING compared to the number of point ive lost
If you only play blitz and bullet, you shouldn't complain about the quality of your play.
