Your account is only ~2 weeks old, so your rapid rating was probably inaccurate. It looks like you didn't play many rapid games until now, so your true rapid rating probably is around 1500. This can happen if you set the initial rating too high when you're making an account.

To me it sounds like your brain is just tired, could be many factors in your life but if the issue is still happening I’d say take a break for a couple of days and maybe just chill be learning a new opening or two during that time so you’re not too rusty when you come back.
Play the bots if you want and when you’re feeling okay, get a glass of water and start playing again.
I say this not as a chess expert but someone that knows a lot about neurology, you know best how things are going for you though :) good luck
