Is it still possible?

Hello, I am 19 years old, and I'm 500 rated in blitz and 620 in rapid. My question is: is it still possible for me, if i devote enough time into chess, to get better and maybe even get a title?

You can definitely get better at chess!   I would recommend not thinking too far ahead about titles yet.  Focus more on enjoying chess and getting better.  As you get better and dabble in over-the-board tournaments, then you can reassess if you want to shoot high enough for a title.

Everyone gets better at cheese with enough play and practice. Imo learning to play better for the enjoyment of the game improves you quicker than learning to get a title or something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When I started chess (Like 2 or 3 months ago), I was also thinking about competitive chess tournaments and getting a title. but you know what. it doesn't worth it.

You should play chess for fun not for getting a title because there is near to no money in chess, also what you do after getting a title?

Focus on other things in your life and improve them. It's likely to improve in any other field faster than chess. Like you start to do computer programming, Ai, or web development. You'll earn much better and bet in the world's top 10% in around 10 years (Learning and doing working regularly is necessary.) on the other hand you'll get nothing for playing chess maybe you get a title but then what?

Forgive me if I offended anyone but using these words is necessary to save the time and effort what this person was going to do on chess and leaving the game.

Yes! Study tons and tons of tactics. That alone will bring up your rating by a few 100s.

According to chessbase, there has never been an IM or GM without a significant tournament win before 12 years old.  So, it's likely that you're past your prime for the greatest titles. 

My personal opinion is that anyone who is willing to spend 8 hours a day, everyday, for the next 5 ~ 10 years can achieve a NM title.  My question is, are you willing to do that?

You can get better. You probably won't get a title. What's a title all about anyhow?

I am a certified, full-time chess coach and International Master, so I have seen it and tried it all.
There are so many ways to get better and I know it can be overwhelming.
You can learn from free videos on youtube, there are books at your disposal that can all help, but they are not tailored to your needs.

One of the most important things you can do is to analyze your games! You must learn from your mistakes! That is a priority. You can't really move on to a new, different topic and learn new ideas if you still make the same mistakes over and over again!

This is where a chess coach comes into the picture. A good coach can show you how to study, what to study, gives you the material YOU need. Naturally, it takes time to use everything in practice, but if you are relentless and persistent you will succeed!
You should learn the main principles in every area of the game (opening, middlegame, endgame).  Don't focus on only one part! You should improve your tactical vision as well as it is part of all areas!  
This how I built my training program for my students. We discuss more than one topic during a lesson so it's always interesting and they can improve constantly. I give homework too and the right tools to make practicing enjoyable and effective!
It is never too late to get better and to even get a title! Don't worry about your rating though and the ups and downs! Just keep on playing and practicing!
