ive played a lot less games recently after having a routine chess breakdown, focusing this time on blunder checking and reviewing games....
anyway.... Nelson was beating me 9 times out of ten butrecently its gone the other way round and even with a couple of blunders I'm managing to eek out wins consistently.
I sat down tonight and took my time with Isobel, ill post the game here. I'm not even sure what I'm doing right recently.... I've had some great advice about reviewing all my games and analyzing.... less really seems more. anyway, just a little update that progress is made not in grandiose phases, slow and steady wins the race. still not entirely sure how i won, will spend my morning analyzing the game. Onwards and upwards people!
