Have you considered playing longer games than 10 minutes? You want to improve, but the clock forces error...in your last 3 losses you made blunders either directly before resigning or a move earlier. Timestamp shows you spent 8, 13 and 6 seconds respectively on these blunders. Bad news...you are not Hikaru. You don't see things in a flash, you need time to see what is going on. Play 15/10 or 30 minutes so you don't have to rush your decisions and can carefully decide the best move. You might still get it wrong but at least give yourself a chance.
Keep blundering Again

Hi! My name is Lauren Goodkind and I'm a chess coach based in California. Consider all checks and captures before you make a move. Ask, "If I move here, where is my opponent going to move?". In other words, put yourself in your opponent's shoes. I agree with Strangemover: play with a slow time control, such as game in 30 minutes.
I hope that this helps.
I run into situations where I think for a while before making a move. Than my opponent just forks my king and queen. I've tried blunder check but I always get in time trouble. Or it just oversee a fork on my king and rook when I do try one. It's becoming annoying. I want to improve but how can I if I keep doing this?
