Bots seem a little over mranked, however the skills aren't consistent, flipping between great moves and silly blunders

sorry for sounding stupid, but I just finally found some time recently to play. Last time I played was in a primary school when I was 9 years old, and that was ekhmmm let's say well over 30 years ago, and as a refresher I started to pick up some basic lessons at the slow pace, trying to solve puzzles (failing miserably half of the time
).
Played a beginner bot here on the website, at 250 it was laughable so I played against 850 which I was beating comfortably, decided to move to 1000 which i beating as both white and black too.
And here comes my question, does the 1000 refer to estimate Elo strength? If I am beating Komodo6(1000) does it mean i can confidently say I am 1000 Elo? It's only my curiosity, cause I make 2-3 mistakes every game, often a blunder too, so I thought the 1000 may sound too optimistic?
Apart from that I don't have any ambitions and just want some gradual intellectual challenge, but don't have patience for toxicity of online play, so I am super happy with playing against bots, but what would be the plan for me, where i should go next? My idea is to:
- solve puzzles regularly
- learn some openings
- gradually move to stronger bots (maybe 1100 after couple more weeks of lessons).
does it sound sensible?
