I looked over a few of your games. You don't need an advanced knowledge of chess terms. If you wanted a quick list though https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chess_tactic#:~:text=The%20Encyclopedia%20of%20Chess%20Middlegames,attack)%2C%20Intermediate%20Move%2C%20and
Or a longer list.

Anyways, your problem is that you give away pieces for no reason, and didn't always take your opponent's free pieces for no reason.

Hey thank you I have working on not giving away so many free pieces it has become a problem espically in the late game when I’m down 2-3 pawns. I make some obvious blunders sometimes I tend to over think and overworry and then I will miss somethingX I will study some more tonight thanks again. We should play for fun sometimes if you would be up for it

I could probably do that

Looks like catmaster0 did a great job already. Let me know if you need something else looked at, but it just seems you need to read the board a bit better. Sometimes things are just free.

1. Don't copy your opponents moves needlessly.
2. Don't move the same piece multiple times in the opening without justification.
3. Don't place your bishop in front of your pawns and block your other bishop from developing.
4. Knights before bishops.

You need to start with the basics and learn opening principles. There's great information about this anywhere online. The lessons on chess.com are excellent but you can get free educational content on youtube as well.

You have gold membership so you can do all of the Beginner lessons unlimited per week. So I'd insist you do those. I think it will benefit you greatly.
