There is no point in worrying about people who play like Magnus on adderall. If you look over your games thoroughly, you will find that you made a bunch of bad mistakes most of the time. The other player didn't actually play like Magnus.
At any rate, you need to just focus on the things you can do yourself.
You need to stop calling yourself a beginner. You have played more than 6,000 games here and you are better than most of the players here. Yes, compared to some players, we all feel like beginners.

It has been 3 weeks since then. How many of the suggestions made then have you implemented?
If you look at Insights, it says that you missed more than half of your mate in 1 opportunities in blitz in the last 90 days.
That seems like something you could work on with Puzzle Rush.
