If you take d5, his king is in check because of your queen , so he has to react to that and can't save his attacked bishop on c6.

FYI - if you use the analysis tool with the engine it gives you recommended lines & you’ll see the moves.
Of course, it’s much better to see the moves during the game instead of after, but that’s a different topic.
