Pawn Rules Question

I was playing against a bot. I move my pawn up 2 spaces for its initial move. the bot then moved diagonally behind it (diagonal forward for the bot) capturing it. My pawn was NEXT to it not DIAGONALLY in front of it. How is this possible o.O

Ah, I have just googled that, thanks for the heads up. I did not know about this rule and never seen it used in my years of playing.

Would really be helpful if someone could pin Stalemate an En Paasant to the top of this forum. 2-3 threads per day on each is kinda flooding the forum and drowning out all the other questions.
