Does playing against bots help improve my chess especially playing against harder bots? I find myself improving alot, but still have a hard time playing against human players

I think it’s better to just play against humans. The bots don’t play very human-like moves (I know, shocker). A lot of them, especially low elo ones, are literally programmed to blunder a some point.
If you are struggling against human players, you will only improve by playing human players.
