positive/negative #’s ?

What do the positive/negative numbers (+?.??/-?.??) mean in the post game review?
From reading other posts, I think I might be referring to the evaluation bar… if so , what is it telling me? Sorry folks I’m even more “tech-illiterate” than I am “chess-illiterate”.

+1.00 means white is better by 1 pawn in evaluation.
- 1.00 means black is better by 1 pawn in evaluation.

- means Black is winning
+ means White is winning
+M(number) means White has forced checkmate in x amount of moves
-M(number) means Black has forced checkmate in x amount of moves
