chess.com is a horrible app/website

Canada here, same issues. In tournaments, if the other player is playing with the White pieces, I’m always unable to play in return. So, after a few seconds, I lost because it considered that I had abandoned, which is not true; my pieces are frozen.
I get disconnected once in a while, too. And I see some of my opponents struggle during a game. I can see reconnecting, and it's often the win for me. Before reading this, I thought the other player had left, but it seems that’s not entirely the case. So, can this issue be fixed? Winning because someone is struggling to stay connected is not why I’m playing chess, and it's really not enjoyable at all. Thanks to all.

With all the people struggling with connection issues, the only person from the site to respond is Martin. They must know its seriously flawed?

i love the site. the only problem is that there are a ton of cheaters, especially in rapid games because they have 10-30 minutes on the clock, which is enough time to switch from a tab running chesscom and another running stockfish, or revenge or whatever engine they're using

Ever boot into a bullet game down 13 seconds... Not an internet issue. It's a chess.com issue. I won't play anytime control faster than rapid anymore on this website due to this.

Hey here it is another one as unusually everywhere in this world it would be s0me BN who will defend the company !! whatever the guy said the company should be open for criticism ! obviously real one not fake !! and your LEAVE just proving that u r one of those boot likers just to not offend the master !! I personally didn't have or notice same issue person is talking about but I definitely encounter problems on this platform despite the fact that devs advertising everywhere how many millions they spend on new hardware and yet game is still with more issues than Lichess !! So maybe developers should focus to idea of creating a good chess platform as a priority instead of making money !?!?

I switched to lichess several years ago. It is better in every single way. Zero reasons for me to play on chess.com again.

No ads, blazingly fast and convenient UI, all functionality is free for all, awesome studies including possibility to create private ones, great access to users/masters database with API, unlimited puzzles and so on and so on. And no cynical politic stuff and restrictions of cause

Even Lichess is trash. They only allow one premove and have a what's the point in life ahh interface. From now, I'm playing OTB

Disappointed ! Why am I loosing the game where opponent's time is ticking? Is this thing make any sense? What the hell is wrong with chess.com . Everyday I loosed couple of games due to this same reason. And it will feel so terrible becouse most of the games I lost was not meant for lose. I already mentioned this issue before but no action behalf of chess.com . No action no compensation? Just keep loose your wining games. Note - there is no such network issues. Then why?

Come to Lichess's OTF. 

Because cc catches the cheats, Lichess doesn't.
