chess.com is a horrible app/website

I absolutely despite this website because of its terrible functionality.

- Got disconnected to the Internet for 5s and then while everything else was able to function, the game is unable to reconnected

- Horrible system to deal with ping. Every time I was able to move in time in lichess, it would be a loss here.

- 10+0 and 15+10 are the only popular time control for rapid. And SO MANY cheaters

- UI in analysis is so convoluted with weak engine. Anytime I want a serious analysis, I have to move back to lichess again.

- More and More

I can’t defend this website anymore

Hello,
I've experienced several issues HP Instant Ink with this website that make it difficult to use. Disconnections, poor handling of ping, limited popular time controls, numerous cheaters, and a convoluted UI with a weak engine in analysis are all problematic. Unfortunately, I often have to return to other platforms like lichess for a better experience. This website needs significant improvements to be more user-friendly and reliable.
Best regards,
Joan Henry

I agree, but Lichess is even worse. I'm afraid there's no good, reliable, honest and attractive chess platform to play online nowadays.
