Bd5+. Kf8 Re8# or Bd5+. Kh7(Kh6) Qh3#

1. Bd4+ does not work because if Kf1, Rd1+ and the K can escape to d2 because the B on  d4 blocks the Q from covering d2. Must use the Q for the initial check. Then only by making a Q or R on h8 is there a checkmate.
