Puzzles. Playing against bots is not too helpful.
Plus if improvement is the goal, 15|10 is the minimum time control, if not even longer, and go through your games afterwards carefully.

I know an obvious answer is to practice all of the features on this website, but I'd like to either focus on puzzles or bots for the time being. What do people think would be more beneficial? I am swaying more towards bots since it's an entire playthrough of a game, rather than finishing what's already been done.
