What should be the first thing I do to start improving? Play lots of games and learn from mistakes? Work on puzzles/drills? Study openings?

This isn't a beginner question. Which would you prefer to play as black? Ruy Lopez Marshall Gambit or Benko Gambit and why?

Personally I don't like the Benko Gambit Compensation because it's positional. I prefer the Marshall because there is clear counterplay with a huge attack and it is easy for white to go wrong.

Agreed.

And for me, the Benko has worked well against Experts.

coolbaja

What if my attack doesn’t work

While beginners aren't posting. Which black gambit is sound? Latvian or Elephant gambit?

Neither are sound, but Latvian is more sound

Both are kinda risky, but I agree.

If you have an iPad (like me) you can just use your finger.

Tablets are better for bullet? Never thought of that.

I think the best mouse is a gaming mouse - make a research for zowie or steel series. Tablets are not for bullet and even blitz for sure.

Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Phone is good for bullet 🙄

A wired mouse is better than anything else.

Silly people.

A tablet is only better if you have no coordination with your mouse.

A wireless mouse is better only if you're an idiot.

By the way if the wireless mouse is enough expensive it probably can be usefull. Of course if it's a 30 $ wireless mouse it's a garbage.
