So when I first started on chess.com it gives you an elo of 500 I believe, it’s been awhile lol. However did anyone else notice how hard it was to gain elo considering I’m around a 1300 but I’m playing at 500 and my opponent is also rated higher but playing on a 500 I just thought it was crazy how the ratings are so mixed when players are first starting
