How can I view my rating from my phone?
when I lose it takes 20 points away from my rating
when I lose it takes away 20 points of my rating and when I win I only get around10 so what does rating depend on??

It will tell you when the game begins what the change is for winning, drawing, or losing. It may vary a bit if you are new to returning to rated, but the changes are also based on the rating of your opponent.
