I recently just got to the 1800s. This is my first time getting this high. Do you have any tips on how to improve my rating. what kind of goals should I set in order to get better. do any of you have any training regimens that you use?

Yes, I do, a major chunk of your games will be decided on tactics or opening mistakes (based on my experience). do around 30 minutes of tactics training before games and do a proper analysis of your openings after every game.
