Nobody who actually knows how to play chess will fall for this.
I guess for under 100

I love how cooperatively black plays.
White plays 4. Qf5, black can get a winning position immediately with d5, but instead plays a random move on the queenside.
After 6. Rh3 black can again win the e4 pawn and kick the queen around but plays a random move instead.
Finally, when white finishes his convoluted setup with 8. Rg4, white still has no threat and black has a winning position.
