No. Erik payed him to suggest that. And you don't want to improve anyway... because somebody will convince you to play KID or Nimzo and finish you? Quit, while you can.
Should I quit?

No. KID is a beautiful opening. For serious player? But not the sort of thing a rookie needs. Focus on tactics and development and play slower games?!
If you enjoy it you should continue! Chess should be fun so if you enjoy it, continue so matter what your rating is.
But on the other hand, if you do not enjoy it then maybe quit or play less often.

Don't see results my frd, learn from mistakes
Learn from mistakes? When will a player stop committing mistakes? OP... Quit! Play checker, Othello with your kids. Play Scrabble, Monopoly, Sorry with the family. Play Poker with your wife... Or your lover

Yuh huh. Being serious... being serious, if you enjoy the game, keep playing. If you don't enjoy, stop playing. Simple as. Haven't studied your games, but the problem at that level is often patience? Playing way too fast. Play SLOOW... opponent will often hand you the W.

you won this game.

You forgot one of the most important things: have fun. I joined back in 2018 and I dropped from 1.2k to 600 and because I was frustrated about it, I gave up. I've started to play again since Feb 2019 and I managed to get to 800, and I'm really happy about it even though It's not much. But it is for me and I had a lot of fun getting the 200 points. The thing is, that, once you start to play only to win, you will get frustrated when you lose and the game becomes more like a job rather than a hobby. Also, puzzles will help you a lot! Try to do them daily and play games every day as practice makes perfect. Learn a few openings and how to counter them, as well.
There is hope if you want to learn!
I recommend a simple approach. Buy a Gold membership here on chess.com. Do the 5 puzzle rushes and 25 puzzles every day. Use the game analyzer to review each game and learn from your mistakes.
If you do those things, you will begin improving very soon.
