Stalemate

Hello I would like to understand how this https://www.chess.com/live/game/4897889852 could ended as a stalemate (despite the obvious fact, that I was playing like an idiot)?

Probably I overlooked something, but actually I am getting the check with the queen and last three moves were not completely same (maybe the rule is different - I was trying to google it, but just found, that stalemate occurs when king is not in check and you can not do any legal move... but there must be something else).

It didn't end in stalemate. It was a draw by 3 times repetition of position.

Ahh... so it counts the positions in total I always tought that the repetition must be in three continuous moves. Thank you very much happy.png
