I would like to know what are the strongest chess engines I can play against. Once I heard in a thread that Li (advanced engine) is weak.
Yep Stockfish is currently the strongest in tournament play.
You won’t notice much difference between the strongest and the weaker ones though because all decent modern chess engines will absolutely crush you when run at full strength.
