How old are u?

Have some patience if u are a kid and a chess beginner too,it will naturally take time for u to get better.u can just play, analyse&learn.

Learn and apply the most important principles of chess. - (core of my teaching)
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

Puzzles lots of puzzles, and make sure u remember the general position of that tactic. and finding a chess coach will help, and also read books and play with yourself while analyzing what you are doing. another helpful thing is to play with higher rated ppl.and analyze my position. and that's how I got from 700 - 900 in 2 weeks.

Fix tunnel vision. I'm at the same level as you and i can easily gain elo after fixing tunnel vision.

Avatar of monke_ah_dude

And, like loki said, play with higher rated players. I got like 40 elo in one day after beating one 1500 and drawing against one 1600

They also help you compare yourself with higher rated players.

Being a kid doesn't have anything to do with this. If you're stuck at one level you will naturally want to improve.
