I use Forks all the time. Never used the Windmill outside of Puzzles. And I have never heard of the tactics "Skewer Castling" or "King Capture Checkmates".

1. I've forked with every piece, including the king. IMO, forking with the king is the best.
2. Could you clarify, please?
3. I've checkmated with a king move once, but it wasn't a capture.
4. I did a windmill once. My opponent sac'd his queen to cut it short but it was still a lot of fun.
